WELCOME TO ROUNDABOUT TRAINING
Launched in 2002 by founder Heidi Northover, Roundabout Training Limited is the realisation of her years of experience in various sectors of training and being passionate about giving high quality support to help people achieve their individual learning needs.
Although the company has grown rapidly over the previous years Heidi still feels proud that all of her staff have the personal touch of motivation and commitment to their learners and employers to support training within various companies. Roundabout Training currently employs 4 full time staff complemented by another 4 who work self employed hours to suit their own lifestyles but all are dedicated giving 100% commitment.
Roundabout Training provides a wide range of training and support in early years, playwork, customer service, management, business administration, training & development awards, NVQs, and numerous other short courses to individuals and employers of all sizes who wish to begin their careers or undertake training programmes as part of their continual professional development.
We offer free impartial IAG (information, advice and guidance) for anyone looking for self-development, Roundabout also has a helpline which is available seven days a week 8am to 8pm on 01332 781511. Also we can be contacted by email at roundaboutco@aol.com. We are an LSC provider, so usually most courses are fully funded.
Commenting on Roundabout Training's success in achieving Investors in People accreditation; Heidi says that it has made her feel proud of the fact that all team members were committed not just only their own individual needs but also to the company's, as being an assessor or trainer can be quite isolating working alone out in the field.

Our aim is to offer a high quality service to individuals and employers to meet a range of organisational requirements. All training is carried out in the workplace or in other local suitable venues around the country.
All relevant Health and Safety checks are carried out to ensure that training can take place.
We are now a Learn Direct Training Centre where we deliver a variety of courses such as Skills for Life and NVQs.
Roundabout Training currently offers and delivers training in Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Birmingham and the Black Country, Staffordshire, Central London and Greater London.
