Mary Morgan - Merry Maids - Stafford
Mary had taken a NVQ Team Leader level 2 course.
The things she felt that she had learnt from working with Roundabout was that she had become more tolerent and understanding of people when it came to listening to their problems, now she feels that fromdoing this course she is perceived better from her collegues and now understands where she was going wrong from her previous experiences.
The things she enjoyed whilst working with Roundabout was she liked how it was on the job group learning and how they had invidual training also. learning was fun. Mary intends to use her aquired skills in any future roles and looking to continue her studies by undergoing a management course.
Steve Hassall - Conico Cleaners
Steve had taken a NVQ Customer Service Level 2 course.
The things he felt that he had learnt from working with Roundabout was that he had learnt how to conduct himself around customers and he would think before he acted as a result of a possible impact of any actions.
The things he enjoyed whilst working with Roundabout was he found it informal, friendly and easy to understand. Steve intends to build on what he has learnt and has been enroled onto a managerial course to start soon.
Marian Coltman - Little Ducks Nursery
Marian has taken a Level 3 CCLD Childcare Course
The things she felt that she had learnt from working with Roundabout was that she had learnt how to deal with situations better in a calm and positive way and realised how much work and patience is needed with children.
The things she enjoyed whilst working with Roundabout was it was easy to follow the course, the staff were very helpful and easy to get along with, didn't have to work out of normal hours and was able to use aquired skills in her home life, particulary with her own 3 children.
In the future, Marian would like to continue learning and complete her course at a level 3 qualification.

The things she felt that she learnt from working with Roundabout was that she had learnt was updating her general knowledge within her role. The things she enjoyed whilst working with Roundabout was the good content of the course, it was completed in a reasonable period of time and support was always available if needed.

The reason Peter chose Roundabout was he was approached by the company and after meeting Heidi in person, he became very interested and was impressed by the company.
Peter feels since working with Roundabout there has been a general improvement with performance in staff as his expectations from the training was he expected staff to aquire new skills and then use them in their job role.
The things he enjoyed whilst working with Roundabout was it was completed in a timely manner and the good content of the course.
